What a 2026 Florida paycheck comes to after federal income tax, Social Security and Medicare, for a salary or hourly pay. Florida has no personal income tax, so there is no state withholding.

Federal income tax
Single with the $16,100 standard deduction for 2026, $58,900 is taxed and the 2026 brackets come to $7,670 for the year.
FICA
Social Security is 6.2% ($4,650) and Medicare 1.45% ($1,087.50); Medicare adds 0.9% on wages above $200,000.
Nothing for the state
