These terms apply to smbcalc.com and everything on it: the calculators, the quote, invoice, estimate and receipt makers, the label templates, the coloring page maker and the guides ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is free and you don't need an account.
The site is run by SIA "Vizo Media", a company registered in Latvia under registration number 40203420359 ("we", "us").
Results, examples and explanations on smbcalc are general information to help you plan. They are not tax, legal, accounting, payroll, lending, investment or financial advice, and using the site does not create a client relationship with anyone.
Your situation may differ from the assumptions a calculator uses. Before you make a decision that matters, such as filing taxes, paying employees, pricing a contract or taking a loan, check the figures with your accountant, attorney, lender or the official source.
We work to keep calculators correct and current. Tax rates, wage bases, platform fees and other figures are checked against official and published sources, and calculators with time-sensitive figures show when they were last checked. Many of them are inputs you can change.
Even so, rates change, rounding differs and mistakes happen. Results are estimates. If you find an error, please tell us at hello@smbcalc.com; see how we check our numbers.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, or that the site will be available without interruption or errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SIA "Vizo Media" and the people who run smbcalc are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results. This includes lost profits, tax penalties, interest, underpayments, overpayments, and indirect or consequential losses. If we are found liable for anything despite this, our total liability is limited to US $50.

The site's text, calculators, design and drawings belong to smbcalc and are protected by copyright.
What you make is yours to use. You may print, send and hand out quotes, invoices, estimates, receipts, labels, kids' menus and coloring sheets you create here, as often as you like, for your own business and customers. You may not sell the drawings themselves or re-publish them as coloring pages on another website.
The site links to official sources and other websites, and will show ads once they are switched on. We don't control those sites or the products in ads, and an ad is not a recommendation. Your use of other sites is covered by their own terms. How ads use data is explained in our Privacy policy.
These terms and any dispute about the site or these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The courts of the Republic of Latvia have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
If you use the site as a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
We may change these terms or the site at any time, including adding, changing or removing calculators. When we change the terms we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
